PIMAK gas stoves. Attention to detail.

PIMAK gas stoves. Attention to detail.
24 November 2007 - 12:11 Views:3800

Gas stoves are becoming increasingly common in industrial kitchens due to There are obvious advantages to using a gas heating source instead of an electric one. The main ones include: lower operating costs (savings on electricity bills reach 70%); shorter heating time—there's no need to keep the stove on constantly, which further enhances comfortable working conditions in the kitchen; and higher heating temperatures at the point where the cookware meets the heat source (reducing cooking time by 30%).

The PIMAK burner is hermetically sealed into the cooktop, completely preventing food spills from reaching areas inaccessible for cleaning. To prevent food spills from reaching the piezo ignition, a stainless steel screen covers it.

A common problem with gas burners is the risk of accidental pilot flame flooding or pilot flame injector blockage, caused by water or leaks entering the burner and reducing air flow to the injector. To solve this problem, PIMAK has implemented a unique, angled air duct installed above the injector, completely eliminating blockage due to accidental leaks. Increased burner efficiency is achieved by a specially designed nozzle angle, allowing for maximum flame-to-cookware contact temperature at any flame intensity control setting.

Another crucial element affecting the ease and productivity of working at the stove is the design and shape of the supports used to place cookware. All PIMAK open-flame stoves feature specially designed, removable cast-iron supports with eight guides converging toward the burner. This design allows cookware with a diameter of 12 cm or more to be securely positioned on the stovetop without the need for additional supports. The work surface formed by the supports allows for the free movement of cookware, as if it were a continuous surface. The solid cast-iron structure serves, on the one hand, to additionally accumulate radiant heat and provide a more uniform temperature distribution across the surface of the cookware. On the other hand, the cast-iron prevents excessive heating of the interior of the stove, extending the life of all working elements.

Easy cleaning of the stove is achieved by using solid stamped baths or special pull-out trays made of stainless steel as a work surface.
