Kettles and tea dispensers - for preparing hot drinks and boiling water
An industrial kettle has a mechanical thermostat and operates according to the following principle. A temperature of approximately 100-110 degrees Celsius is set for boiling. Once the water has boiled, the thermostat must be manually adjusted to the desired temperature—85, 90, or 70 degrees. The water will remain at this temperature until the kettle is turned off by pressing the button. Tea and coffee machines or tea dispensers differ in that they do not have a thermostat, but have two heating elements built into the heating element. Tea dispensers also have a strainer (flask) for brewing. Pressing the button activates the main heating element. The water boils, and the steam brews the tea or korfe, if placed in the strainer, for approximately 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, the main heating element automatically switches off and the additional one switches on, which maintains the prepared tea, coffee (or just boiling water, if there was no tea leaves) at a temperature of about 83 degrees.
