GoodFood SM2 Dough Mixer
Хочу внести изменение в свой предыдущий отзыв об этом тестомесе: после эксплуатации в течение 2-х с половиной недель выяснилось, что тестомес на самом деле хороший, но для его качественной работы нужно добавлять муку и воду постепенно, небольшими частями до общей массы теста 2,5 кг, в этом случае аппарат работает на отлично и не требуется ручное домешивание. Если необходимо замешивать меньшее количество теста, тогда нужно в процессе замеса подталкивать его деревянной лопаткой, чтобы тесто не крутилось на шнеке, а продолжало вымешиваться.
В общем 4 бала из 5-ти можно дать этому агрегату.

GoodFood SM2 Dough Mixer
К сожалению тестомес GoodFood SM2 очень плохо вымешивает крутое тесто, для него он совершенно не подходит. Тесто просто наматывается на шнек и крутится на нем, не перемешиваясь. Тесто приходиться еще домешивать на столе вручную минут десять. Кроме того китайских труженики не закрутили один саморез (осталось пустое отверстие), а в другом месте сорвали резьбу, в результате чего другой саморез не затягивается (это не принциписально и не влияет на работу, но не приятно). В общем тестомес плохой.
