Our company provides customers with the right to return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days (not counting the day of purchase), unless they are listed in the list of goods that cannot be returned to individuals in the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
The Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," which stipulates the return of goods within 14 days, applies only to individuals and does not apply to legal entities.
According to paragraph 22 of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", a consumer is an individual who purchases, orders, uses, or intends to purchase or order products for personal needs not related to entrepreneurial activity or the performance of duties of an employee.
As explained in paragraphs 1 and 6 of Resolution No. 5 of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine dated April 12, 1996, "On the Practice of Considering Civil Cases Regarding Claims for the Protection of Consumer Rights," a consumer whose rights are protected by the Law is only a citizen (individual) who purchases, orders, uses, or intends to purchase or order goods (works, services) for their own household needs. Goods intended for commercial use are not subject to return.
To make a return, the buyer (individual) must complete a return application and provide the product and the invoice (sales receipt).
All additional conditions for the return or exchange of goods must be agreed upon with company employees.
To avoid problems, always check the goods upon receiving your order (including at the delivery address of a transport company) and inspect them carefully for any defects or other imperfections.
Refunds for online payments.
To process a refund to a current account, the client must write a cover letter stating the reason for the refund in any form. The letter must also include the details for the refund, namely:
Full name
Card number
IBAN card account number
Bank details
Refunds are not provided to legal entities. The seller and buyer are guided exclusively by the Law of Ukraine and the Commercial Code of Ukraine.
