Filling dispensers

Fillers are designed for filling confectionery products with both sweet fillings (creams, jams) and savory fillings (pâtés and sauces). A wide range of nozzles makes these devices ideal for filling croissants, choux pastries, Berliners, rolls, and other pastries. Mechanical, semi-automatic, and automatic filling machines are available. Mechanical filling machines dispense by pressing a handle. Semi-automatic and automatic filling machines dispense the filling using a pump, and the filling volume is adjusted mechanically using a handle or a digital display. A foot pedal is typically included as standard equipment with automatic filling machines, simplifying the work of the pastry shop worker and increasing productivity.
