Turbo ovens, or express ovens , are heating equipment whose distinctive feature is the very rapid preparation of food using a special technology.
Turbo ovens are a unique combination of convection, infrared or microwave heating and an air circulation system.
The turbo oven system is designed for intensive use in catering establishments where the primary focus is on fast service while ensuring high-quality prepared dishes.
