Delivery

· Delivery of goods in Kyiv is carried out mainly by carriers such as Nova Poshta.

· Delivery of goods weighing more than 15 kg is carried out only to the entrance.
· Delivery is carried out to the unloading location without violating traffic rules and without the risk of damage to the vehicle.
· Delivery of goods to legal entities is carried out only after full payment of the order and upon proper execution of all accounting documents.

 

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by transport companies that are financially responsible for the cargo. You can find the rates of these transport companies on their websites.

We primarily ship via Nova Poshta (customer pickup is available from our warehouse). You can calculate the shipping cost yourself using the online calculator on the carrier's website or on our website in the product details by clicking the "Calculate shipping cost" link. The product weight and dimensions required for the calculation are listed in the technical specifications (please note that packaging will slightly increase the listed dimensions).

Depending on the carrier's terms and conditions regarding cargo transportation rules, in some cases, packaging or additional packaging of cargo (crate, pallet board, stretching, compaction, packing in a box, etc.) is carried out directly by the transport company at an additional rate.

· To send goods by carrier, when placing an order, you must indicate the city, branch number, full name and telephone number of the recipient.

For individuals, goods are shipped after full or partial prepayment. Generally, if the order is ordered and paid for before 1:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day, unless otherwise agreed upon with our managers.

According to Nova Poshta's rules, goods are stored for 5 business days, so you must pick them up within this timeframe after they arrive at your post office. If the goods are not picked up on time, a storage fee will be charged.

To receive cash on delivery, a prepayment of 5-10% of the item price is required, but no less than the amount that covers the roundtrip shipping cost (minimum 100 UAH). This prepayment covers the cost of delivery and storage at the carrier's warehouse if the customer fails to pick up the item.

· Dispatch of goods paid for by legal entities is carried out only after full payment and receipt of the original power of attorney.

Before shipping, our specialists check the functionality of your ordered product. Your order is insured for 100% of its value.

The transport company bears full financial responsibility for the integrity of the cargo during transportation.

When receiving your order at the shipping company's warehouse, be sure to check the integrity and completeness of the goods before picking up your order.

We recommend paying for delivery services and transferring cash on delivery only after the cargo has been inspected.

If you find any damage upon receiving the goods, please contact our sales department.

An acceptance certificate must be drawn up on site. All necessary instructions for completing this certificate can be obtained from the transport company's representatives.

A copy of the report must be sent to us, and then our employees will process the claim for compensation for damages.

If you do not file any claims for mechanical damage upon receipt of the goods, they will not be considered further.
