Ч1 Реально работает. До этого имел опыт общения с тестораскаткой, купленной в начале 2000. Вроде и марка не плохая на букву "Бе" и цена была выше среднего. Но удовольствия в работе не доставляла вообще. Тесто к валикам липло. И в процессе работы забивалось во всякие закаулки конструкции. Чистить после работы было очень нудно и напряжно. В процессе прокатки тесто рвалось и морщилось. В итоге это всё надоело, и машинкой перестали пользоваться. Но

Ч2: тут назрела очередная перспектива пригласить гостей на манты. На много мантов. Встала дилемма: катать вручную или сражаться с капризами тестокаталки от фирмы "Бе". Из двух зол было выбрано третье -- изучить вопрос по тестокаталкам досконально, и прикупить новую, если это сможет дать перспективы улучшения качества работы. Изучал, смотрел, сравнивал. В итоге выбор пал на Marcato Atlas 180 Slide. И " !!!О ЧУДО!!!! " Оказывается работа с тестокаталкой может быть так прекрасна!! Тесто затягивается вальцами само, и идёт ровно, ничего не липнет, не морщится. Открытых закоулков, доступных для теста нет. соответственно никуда ничего не залазит. Звук работы механизма ровный, ход вальцов мягкий и без люфтов. Не знаю, что там ещё из современных тестораскаток есть на рынке, но это КОСМОС!!
