We present to you an original Italian dough rolling machine for home use, cafes, bars, restaurants and small home businesses. The portable dough rolling machine Atlas 180 Slide from Marcato is designed for rolling out tough dough for dumplings, spaghetti, pasta, as well as for making lasagna and Italian pasta. The Slide differs from the Roller model in that it has a stand on which you can place the dough and roll it out without holding it with your hand. Features of the Marcato technique: exceptional Italian quality; reliable metal roller drive mechanism; highly precise aluminum rollers; smooth movement of the rolls. The Atlas 180 Slide pasta sheeter is stable and easy to use. It delivers high-quality rolling in minimal time. It rolls dough from 0.6 to 4.8 mm thick. They are used not only at home, but also in restaurants, hotels and small catering establishments where the load is minimal. Takes up little space, easy to assemble and disassemble. Marcato dough rollers are always a surefire gift for a birthday, March 8th, or simply as a gift for your wife in the kitchen. To simplify the process of rolling out the dough, we offer the Pastadrive electric motor , which has a special mount for this model (see additional accessories). The Marcato Atlas 180 Slide pasta sheeter does not allow for additional attachments for different types of pasta or ravioli. The portable dough rolling machine Atlas 180 Slide from Marcato is designed for rolling out tough dough for dumplings, spaghetti, pasta, as well as for making lasagna and Italian pasta.
