Description. Ravioli attachment IMPERIA RAVIOLIMAKER-3 for the iPASTA dough roller

Ravioli attachment 3x3 cm for the very popular IMPERIA iPASTA SP.150 dough sheeter Mold for 3 ravioli 3x3 cm material - stainless steel. Easily installed on the special grooves of the dough sheeter, turning it into a ravioli making machine. The dough, pre-rolled on the IMPERIA iPASTA SP.150 pasta roller, is smoothed using the special rolling knife included with the RAVIOLIMAKER attachment. The prepared dough is inserted into the grooves of the attachment, the filling is added, and the rollers of the ravioli attachment are moved with the handle of the pasta roller. The finished ravioli, measuring 3x3 cm, emerge with a beautiful pattern. Let the dough dry slightly, after which the finished ravioli can be separated (broken) from each other, preserving the beautiful wavy pattern of the mold (see video 2).
