Description. Marcaro Otello Copper Bronze Pasta Maker
We present to you an original Italian pasta maker for home, cafes, bars, restaurants and small home businesses. The Marcaro Otello Copper Bronze pasta maker from Marcato is a hand-held, portable pasta roller. It's designed for rolling out tough dough for dumplings, spaghetti, and pasta, as well as for making lasagna and Italian pasta. Exceptional Italian quality. Reliable metal roller drive mechanism. Highly precise aluminum rollers. Smooth movement of the rolls. The Marcaro Otello pasta machine compactly combines a dough sheeter and a pasta maker in a single unit. The dough sheeter effectively rolls dough into thin sheets. Dough is rolled between rotating rollers, which have seven adjustable settings, allowing for varying dough thicknesses from 4.8 mm to 0.6 mm. The output dough sheet width is up to 150 mm. The rollers, equipped with two blades, cut spaghetti, fettuccine (6.6 mm), and tagliatelle (2.2 mm). The blades for cutting both types of noodles are fixed. The pasta maker is attached to the countertop using a special clamp included in the kit. The clamp has a fine-pitch screw (easier to secure) and is suitable for thick countertops, ensuring the machine remains stable during operation.
