    Description. Empero EMP.HA.01 Pizza Dough Roller

    The Empero EMP.HA.01 pizza dough sheeter is used to prepare pizza bases of various diameters and thicknesses, baked goods, flatbreads, etc. Double-roll dough sheeters are used to form pizza crust. These machines combine two pairs of rollers. One of them rolls the dough into an elliptical shape. The dough then falls onto a balance beam and moves to the second pair of rollers, which roll it out more thinly to a round shape. The thickness of the dough can be adjusted during both the first and second passes. The main advantage of forming dough on a double-roll dough sheeter is that the technology of rolling the dough in mutually perpendicular directions allows for a delicate crust texture. Empero EMP.HA.01 pizza dough rollers have proven themselves to be reliable and affordable, successfully used in small pizzerias. This machine is designed for rolling out dough for pizza, baked goods, flatbreads, and more. The frame is made entirely of stainless steel, the rollers are made of food-grade polymer, and there's a thickness adjustment lever on both units.
