    Description. Dough rolling machine for prosphora DRM 403-P

    The DRM403-P dough rolling machine is designed specifically for rolling out prosphora dough at the request of church bakeries.   This machine allows you to roll out dough from 0.5 to 30 mm thick by rolling it between rollers. It's made entirely of stainless steel and features a special design feature that's perfectly suited for rolling out prosphora dough. The dough sheeter has a motor power of 120W, which is quite sufficient for rolling out fairly dense dough. The electric dough sheeter is easy to use, runs on a 220V power supply, and, while offering decent quality and functionality, is inexpensive compared to imported electric alternatives, which are significantly more expensive for the same specifications. Another advantage of this dough sheeter model is its 400mm-wide rollers, allowing it to roll out not only small pieces but also larger dough pieces. Most imported dough sheeters in this price range have rollers that are twice as wide.

    Advantages:
    Цена; Возможность выкатывания крутого теста большой толщины, шириной 40 см.
    Flaws:
    Маленькая мощность. Отсутствие реверса.
