Description. Marcato Multipast 150 Dough Roller Set

The Marcato Multipast 150 dough rolling set is an exclusive gift set from the Italian manufacturer of dough rolling machines for home, cafes, bars, restaurants and small home businesses.

The set includes:

Marcato Atlas 150 Classic pasta maker and dough roller; lasagna attachment (dough sheet width – 150 mm, sheet thickness adjustable from 3 to 0.2 mm); attachment for tagliatelle and fettuccine (noodle width – 2.2 mm and 6.6 mm); spaghetti attachment (noodle width – 2 mm); Marcato Reginette wavy noodle cutting attachment (noodle width – 12 mm); raviolini maker (4 squares measuring 30x30 mm).

Efficiently rolls dough into thin sheets. Dough is rolled between rotating rollers, which have 10 adjustable settings, allowing for varying dough thicknesses—from 4.8 mm in position 0 to 0.6 mm in position 9. The dough sheet width at the output is up to 150 mm. The dual-blade attachment cuts spaghetti, fettuccine (6.6 mm), and tagliatelle (2.2 mm). The attachments are removable. The pasta sheeter is attached to the countertop using a special clamp included in the kit. The clamp has a fine-pitch screw (easier to secure) and is suitable for thick countertops, ensuring the machine remains stable during operation. The bottom of the machine is equipped with Marcato rubber pads to prevent scratching the countertop.
