It's crucial to roll the dough thinly before dividing it into circles or squares—the pieces for the dough—because the dough expands significantly during cooking or baking and can become uncooked. If you've already purchased a cheburek machine, a dough sheeter will become an indispensable assistant in preparing the dough for chebureks. A mechanical dough sheeter is easy to use, doesn't require an electrical connection, and, while offering decent quality and functionality, is inexpensive compared to imported electric alternatives, which are considerably more expensive for the same features. Another advantage of this dough sheeter model is its 400mm-wide rollers, allowing it to roll out not only small pieces but also larger dough pieces.
