Description. Atlas 150 GREEN Pasta Roller
We present to you an original Italian dough rolling machine for home use, cafes, bars, restaurants and small home businesses. The Marcato Atlas 150 GREEN is a hand-held, portable pasta sheeter. It's designed for rolling out tough dough for dumplings, spaghetti, and pasta, as well as for making lasagna and Italian pasta. The designer design of the dough sheeter will suit any kitchen. Exceptional Italian quality. Reliable metal roller drive mechanism. Highly precise aluminum rollers. Smooth movement of the rolls. Efficiently rolls dough into thin sheets. Dough is rolled between rotating rollers, which have 10 adjustable settings, allowing for varying dough thicknesses—from 4.8 mm in position 0 to 0.6 mm in position 9. The dough sheet width at the output is up to 150 mm. The dual-blade attachment allows for cutting spaghetti, fettuccine (6.6 mm), and tagliatelle (2.2 mm). The pasta sheeter is attached to the countertop using a special clamp included in the kit. The clamp has a fine-pitch screw (easier to secure) and is suitable for thick countertops, ensuring the machine remains stable during operation. The bottom of the machine is equipped with Marcato rubber pads to prevent scratching the countertop. With the Marcato Ravioli or Marcato Raviolini attachment (for 3 or 4 ravioli), you can make homemade pelmeni quickly and easily. It's no secret that pelmeni producers often make poor-quality fillings (they add not only soy and cellulose, but also additives and flavorings that are completely unacceptable for the human body) and improper production conditions (they often make the product unwashed, sometimes they repackage it after it falls on the ground, etc.). Efficiently rolls dough into thin sheets. The dough sheet width at the output is up to 150 mm. The dual-blade attachment allows for cutting spaghetti, fettuccine (6.6 mm), and tagliatelle (2.2 mm).
