The portable dough rolling machine IMPERIA TITANIA is designed for rolling out tough dough for dumplings, spaghetti, pasta, as well as for making lasagna and Italian pasta. IMPERIA TITANIA dough sheeters are durable and easy to use, require no maintenance, and deliver high-quality products in minimal time. The dough sheeters are made of stainless steel and feature a self-lubricating gearbox and dough thickness regulator, allowing you to roll dough from 0.2 to 2.2 mm thick. Dough rolling machines are used in restaurants, hotels and small catering establishments where very small quantities of product are needed. The IMPERIA TITANIA portable dough sheeter is also ideal for home use. Its wide range of attachments, including ravioli and dumpling makers, makes it indispensable in the home kitchen.
