We present to you an original Italian dough rolling machine for home use, cafes, bars, restaurants and small home businesses. The Atlas 150 Slide portable dough rolling machine from Marcato is designed for rolling out tough dough for dumplings, spaghetti, pasta, as well as for making lasagna and Italian pasta. The Slide differs from the Roller model in that it has a stand on which you can place the dough and roll it out without holding it with your hand.
