Description. Dough sheeter FIMAR SI 520

The portable FIMAR SI 520 dough sheeter is designed for rolling out tough dough for chebureki, pelmeni, pizza, as well as for making lasagna and Italian pasta. Durable and easy to use, they require no maintenance and provide high quality products in minimal time. The FIMAR SI 520 dough sheeter is used in the food industry, cafes, bars, and restaurants. It has a rolling width of 520 mm. The frame is made entirely of stainless steel, the rollers are made of stainless steel polished to a mirror shine, and there's a knob for adjusting the thickness on the final pass, as well as a microswitch on the roller cover. The dough sheeter is equipped with a self-lubricating gearbox and a 10-position dough thickness regulator. The dough thickness is adjusted by adjusting the gap between the rollers. There's a safety feature to prevent solid objects from accidentally getting between the rollers, and an emergency reverse mode ejects objects back out.
