Description. Manual dough rolling machine TR-2/12

The manual dough sheeter TR-2/12 (previously known as the TR-3/12 and TR-4/12) is ideal for rolling out cheburek dough and dough of any moisture level. Its unique design allows it to handle even the toughest dough. All gears are made of metal, ensuring reliable operation compared to imported models, which typically have plastic gears. The dough thickness range has been increased— from 1 to 12 mm.

Many types of dough products have their own unique preparation process. It's crucial to roll the dough thinly before dividing it into circles or squares—the pieces for the dough—because the dough expands significantly during cooking or baking and can become uncooked. If you've already purchased a cheburek machine, a dough sheeter will become an indispensable assistant in preparing the dough for chebureks. A mechanical dough sheeter is easy to use, doesn't require an electrical connection, and, while offering decent quality and functionality, is inexpensive compared to imported electric alternatives, which are considerably more expensive for the same features. Another advantage of this dough sheeter model is its 400mm-wide rollers, allowing it to roll out not only small pieces but also larger dough pieces. Здравствуйте! Для просфор чаще всего используют Тестораскатку электрическую DRM 403, так как она имеет развод валиков в диапазоне от 0,5мм до 30мм.

У нее самая большая ширина валков 40 см среди машин данного класса.
