Warranty and service

Warranty obligations

The standard warranty period for electrical equipment is 12 months from the date of sale. In some cases, the warranty period may vary (from 2 to 60 months).
For mechanical equipment, the warranty usually covers manufacturing defects for 2 weeks according to the sales receipt.

Our products are repaired more quickly, as components and spare parts for the equipment are generally always in stock. Imported products, which are mass-produced, are also typically repaired within a few days. Equipment for repair is brought to our warehouse after prior arrangement with our specialists. Large equipment can be repaired by calling a specialist to our site. Depending on the equipment manufacturer, the specialist callout may incur a fee (as per the manufacturer's price list). Warranty repairs are free.

Please note : Products for repair (warranty or non-warranty) are accepted only in clean condition.

Delivery of equipment to the service center is carried out at the expense of the buyer (user).

The service department may refuse warranty repairs in the following cases:
- presence of mechanical damage;
- violation of the security of warranty seals;
- receipt of dirty equipment for repair;

The warranty does not cover devices that fail as a result of:
- accidental or intentional damage caused by the consumer;
- defects caused by natural disasters;
- damage caused by penetration of insects, moisture or aggressive environments into the device;
- violation of the operating rules specified in the instructions;
- improper connection or operation of the electrical network.

The warranty does not cover : consumables and other replaceable parts: lamps, cartridges, heating elements, curtains for refrigerated display cases, etc.

Refrigeration and technological weighing equipment requires scheduled maintenance, as specified in the passport or maintenance agreement.

Post-warranty maintenance and repair of equipment

Equipment that is no longer under warranty can also be serviced by us. Both Ukrainian-made and imported equipment from renowned brands, as well as equipment under warranty, are repaired as quickly as possible, depending on its condition.

Our service department also offers repair and maintenance of any heating, technological, and electromechanical equipment (deep fryers, dishwashers, combi-steamers, electric stoves, and much more), with a guarantee, no matter the complexity.

We offer:
1. Warranty for work from 1 month (depending on the design features of the product components).
2. Reasonable, pre-agreed pricing policy.
3. In 80% of cases, the breakdown is fixed immediately on the spot; in other cases (complex repairs), a repeat visit by a specialist is required.
4. Our service department with its own production of spare parts (heating elements, thermal glass, motor rewinding).
5. Your equipment will be repaired by highly qualified technicians.
6. Our specialists can additionally provide technical maintenance of the equipment.

Maintenance and repair (with on-site visits by specialists):

- electrical and thermal equipment (coffee makers, bain-maries, electric stoves, electric ovens, grills, heating cabinets, deep fryers, heat sealers);
- electromechanical equipment (cutters, meat grinders, cream beaters, mixers, juicers, slicers, sausage stuffers, dough mixers, vegetable cutters, meat saws, flour sifters);
- electrical heating equipment with water supply (bakery ovens, convection ovens with steam humidification, combi steamers);
- refrigeration equipment with a built-in unit;
- refrigeration equipment with a remote unit.

To fully support the warranty, periodic inspections are required.
Let's take a closer look at some of the equipment groups.
Electrical heating equipment group:
(coffee maker, bain-marie, electric stove, electric oven, grill, warming cabinet, deep fryer, heat sealer).
1. Inspection of the condition of the external surfaces of the product.
2. Checking the condition of electric burners and heating elements.
3. Inspection of electrical wiring for integrity of electrical insulation and contact connections.
4. Checking the condition of batch starters, mode switches, thermostats, thermal protection, cleaning and adjustment.
5. Cleaning the dispensing group in coffee machines.
6. If there is a water softener filter, regenerate it.
7. inspection of water mains for leaks.
8. Checking the operating modes of the product.
9. Instruction of personnel on equipment operation rules.
All work is carried out once a month.


Electromechanical equipment group:
(cutter, meat grinder, cream whipper, mixer, juicer, slicer, sausage stuffer, dough mixer, vegetable cutter, meat saw, flour sifter)
1. Control inspection to check the integrity of the body and the absence of damage to the paintwork.
2. Cleaning of guide axles, lubrication, adjustment.
3. Inspection of the electric motor, checking the belt tension.
4. Inspection of electrical wiring, control boards, contact connections.
5. Sharpening knives, checking seals, checking the smooth running of bearings and gears.
6. Check the oil level and quality (replace or top up if necessary).
7. Instruction of personnel on equipment operation rules.
All work is carried out once a month.


Group of electric heating equipment with water supply:
(bakery oven, convection oven with humidification, combi steamer)
1. Inspection of the condition of the body, glazing, and sealing rubber.
2. Checking the condition of door brackets and locking mechanisms (cleaning, lubrication).
3. Checking the condition of the working chamber, electric motor impellers, water supply nozzles (cleaning, lubrication, adjustment).
4. Checking the condition of electrical wiring, contact groups, control boards.
5. Decalcification of the steam generator.
6. Inspection and diagnostics of heating elements, electric motors.
7. Computer diagnostics of RATIONAL combi steamers.
8. Regeneration of the filter-softener.
9. Inspection of the plumbing group.
10. Checking and adjusting operating modes.
11. Instruction of personnel on equipment operation rules.
All work is carried out once a month.


Refrigeration equipment with a built-in unit, chest.
1. Cleaning condensers of refrigeration equipment using a compressor, at least once a month.
2. Tightening of seals, checking equipment for freon leaks.
3. Checking the supply voltage.
4. Control and testing of electronic control units.
5. Checking the temperature in the room where the equipment is installed.
6. Control of correct loading of refrigeration equipment with products.
7. Control and cleaning of the melt water drainage system.
8. Control and setting of temperature conditions of refrigeration equipment.
9. Checking and lubricating threaded connections.
Work is carried out 1-2 times a month.
