Robot - Coupe has been in business since 1960, specializing in the development and production of professional electromechanical kitchen equipment. Currently, the company offers 8 product groups and 70 models for businesses of various sizes:
· cafes-bars-bistros-restaurants-hotels;
· canteens of educational institutions, enterprises and the army;
· food service units of hospitals and nursing homes;
· small food production facilities – meat and sausage, fruit and vegetable, confectionery, including the production of chocolate products;
· factory kitchens of catering companies and supermarkets.
With a clear focus on its chosen field, the company constantly refines its models, develops and introduces new products, and invests in the development of its own production. There are five main equipment groups: vegetable slicers, cutters, processors, blikkers, and hand mixers.
VEGETABLE CUTTERS
ROBOT-COUPE
A vegetable cutter is essential for large-volume production, when manual cutting is time-consuming. The payback of a vegetable cutter can be calculated by comparing its cost with the labor costs required to achieve the same productivity.
For example, one person working 45 minutes a day on a CL 50 (0.75 man-hours) provides the same amount of cutting as two people working manually for 2 hours (4 man-hours per day, with daily (30 days, excluding weekends) work - this is 120 man-hours per month). With an unskilled personnel salary of, say, 150 euros and 60 working hours per person per month, the cost per man-hour is 2.5 euros. Thus, the operation of two people slicing will cost 2.5 x 120 = 300 euros, while the work of one person with a vegetable cutter will cost 2.5 x 0.75 x 30 = 56.25 euros. Savings per month are 300 - 56.25 = 243.75 euros. At €1,515 for the CL 50 with a set of discs, it will pay for itself in 6.5 months. This doesn't take into account a number of factors: the need for additional social security contributions, the cost of workwear, tools, and utensils, and, finally, the simple lack of kitchen space for several people to manually cut. This equipment will save the buyer time, space, money, and reduce the risk of human error!
Robot - Coupe is a global leader in sales of professional vegetable cutters with a capacity of 40 to 900 kg/hour. The company offers seven basic models, some of which have various configurations. Designed for varying throughput, these models differ in power, feed opening size, speed, materials used, design, and number of available cutting discs. Therefore, it is crucial to select the right machine for the given daily processing volume. All models (except the CL 60) are intermittent machines and are designed for daily operation for approximately one hour per day. Following this recommendation guarantees many years of trouble-free operation.
All vegetable cutters have a number of technical and design advantages:
Caution ! In any vegetable cutter, excessive pressure on the pusher does not increase productivity, but rather decreases it. It impacts the machine's lifespan by reducing the blade's rotation speed and placing additional strain on the motor.
The main consumer advantages of vegetable cutters:
· Excellent cutting quality confirmed by comparative tests with competitors' machines.
· A wide selection of cutting types and sizes (up to 47 discs), with the ability to combine some discs; experience shows that most customers require additional cutting types after a while; the company is constantly developing new discs in response to market needs.
· Despite periodic model updates, accessories and spare parts for older models remain available for 15 years after they are no longer in production.
Models CL 20, CL 25, CL 30. Designed for small cafes, restaurants, or canteens where it is necessary to feed From 20 to 80 people per day. Although all dishes in restaurants are prepared "from scratch," the need for the same type of cuts in large quantities usually arises in the following situations:
The CL 20 and CL 25 vegetable cutters can have up to 23 discs, while the CL 30 can also cut cubes and fries in two sizes.
Small establishments often use household food processors for slicing. Here are a few downsides to this approach:
The most popular model is the CL 50 with a capacity of 120-250 kg/h, designed for (Catalogs serving up to 300 people per day). Competitors who don't specialize in this field typically offer only one or two models with a medium capacity of 100-300 kg/h. Compared to these, the CL 50 model offers several advantages:
For customers who want an all-metal vegetable cutter, there is the CL 50 Ultra model . It is recommended in the version 380V.
The CL 52 model offers higher productivity thanks to its powerful engine and round loading hopper (twice as large as the CL 50), which allows for loading, for example, a whole medium-sized head of cabbage.
The CL 55 lever-operated model , in addition to a more powerful motor and an even larger round hopper, also features a more convenient pusher lever, reducing strain during extended use. And the additional 750 rpm speed ensures high-quality chopping of dense vegetables in half the time.
Please note! The CL 55 with a lever does not allow you to cut French fries.
The CL 55 auto has a funnel for continuous product supply. This significantly improves
Productivity (up to 700 kg/hour) is maximized, as there's no time wasted loading a new batch when the machine is idle. The CL 55 auto is recommended for dicing, grating, and making French fries.
Please note: The CL 55 machine is not capable of high-quality shredding or slicing of cabbage.
The CL 55 has additional accessories: three additional hoppers with manual feed for straight and inclined cutting of products of different sizes, as well as a product tray for additional convenience of working with manual feed.
It is recommended to install the CL 52 and CL 55 vegetable cutters on a mobile stand, which allows you to place the machine at the most convenient height and accommodate the receiving gastronorm container.
The floor-standing vegetable cutter CL 60 is the only continuous action model in the range and is recommended The CL 55 is designed for hours of continuous operation. It is made entirely of stainless steel (the only aluminum part is the work compartment lid, while the automatic feed hopper is also aluminum). It has a convenient loading height and additional accessories: hoppers with tubes for precise straight or angled slicing, and trolleys for GN 1/1 or GN 2/1 receiving pans. Two slicing speeds are available: 375 and 750 rpm. The automatic version with a hopper for continuous product feeding provides a throughput of up to 900 kg/h and is designed for 3,000 or more servings. Recommendations for using the manual or automatic feeder are the same as for the CL 55.
