Broil King grills are designed for outdoor cooking and use liquefied gas (propane or butane) as fuel. Each grill model features a dedicated storage compartment for the gas cylinders, ensuring both safety and aesthetics.
What are they made of?
Grills are manufactured using materials such as cast aluminum for the chamber housings, high-quality stainless steel, cast iron, and heat-resistant plastic in less expensive models. These materials ensure optimal thermal conductivity, durability, functionality, and ease of maintenance. Most internal components are also made of stainless steel, while the remaining components feature a three-layer, anti-corrosion, and durable coating. The coating consists of a zinc layer, followed by an epoxy paint layer, and finally a special, scratch-resistant powder coating.
The grills are equipped with small wheels, so you can easily move them and use them exactly where it’s convenient for you.
Each grill is multifunctional and allows for several cooking methods: rotisserie or grilling, cooking steaks or roasts, and, with the lid closed, braising and baking. You can even use the grill as an oven, making desserts!
About burners
The grill burners are manufactured using a special patented technology that guarantees long-lasting and safe operation, which is essential when using liquefied gas. These grills feature patented Dual-Tube and Super 8" Infinity burners, which provide constant gas pressure and flame height—features that significantly impact even heat distribution throughout the grill chamber. Special touch-sensitive control knobs allow precise control of heat levels and select the optimal settings for cooking any food. The Sure-Lite ignition system ensures consistent ignition even in adverse weather conditions. Furthermore, the grills are equipped with a special Flav-R-Wave™ system, which captures and evaporates drips of juice and fat from food, imparting exceptional flavor and protecting the burners.
