Cotton candy is a favorite treat for kids all over the world. But it's not just kids who love cotton candy.
Just kids. A fragrant strawberry surprise is a perfect gift for your girlfriend on a romantic walk – create a piquant sweet bouquet of three flavors: orange (orange ball), blackberry (blue ball), and mint (green ball). And with such an unusual gift, declare your love.
Cotton candy is popular. If you make and sell it, you'll soon become a kind wizard and a wealthy person. The process of extracting money "out of thin air" is quite simple: sugar is poured into a heated head, and when the machine is turned on, it melts and sprays out a hole in the head due to the centrifugal force generated by its rotation. The sugar sprayed through the head turns into fibers that stick to a stick, which the seller moves around the bowl. Soon, a delicious lump of cotton candy forms on the stick. And so, lump by lump, your fortune grows.
Circuses, parks, zoos, as well as children's stores, theaters, and cafes will become the main component of your prosperity. What could be more enjoyable for a little rascal than stuffing a big wad of bright red cotton wool into a clown's round nose or feeding it to a sad zebra? But seriously, you can't go wrong when choosing a place to sell this puffed-up treat: cotton wool is a delicate product and loses its shape over time.
Pay special attention to high-traffic areas: amusement parks, exhibitions, fairs, and all kinds of children's institutions. You can load your "product" onto a special cart (costing between $300 and $1,150) and distribute the sweet treat anywhere in the city.
The equipment on the market is primarily American-made cotton candy machines. The most popular is the ECONO FLOSS from GOLD MEDAL. It's compact—65x65x40 cm—relatively inexpensive at $1,080, reliable, and productive, producing up to 400 servings per hour.
TORNADO - also American-made - produces 700 servings per hour and costs 1,500 USD.
Today, you can buy an affordable device from our company, priced at $420. It's time-tested (our company has been producing it for over 12 years) and is easy to operate and maintain.
A newcomer to the Ukrainian cotton candy market is the American-made TWIN WIND, capable of producing two-colored candy. This machine is highly productive, but also quite pricey.
Model | Productivity, portions per hour | Price, USD |
USV-1M (Tom and Jerry, Ukraine) | 100 | 365 |
ECONO FLOSS (USA) | up to 400 | 1085 |
up to 500 | 1318 | |
TORNADO (USA) | 700 | 2392 |
USV-4 Kesha and Vova (Ukraine) | 200 | 400 |
Without FLOSSINE—food colorings that impart flavor, color, and odor—the cotton wool is simply white, with its natural color. By purchasing a pack of coloring for $22, you can easily transform your "snowball" into a cherry or orange, mint, or pineapple.
Even small items like cotton candy sticks make a difference. Kids will love the cone-shaped sticks with a clown design ($20 for 1,000). Plain cardboard sticks cost $5 for 1,000.
Producing and selling cotton candy can be a SUPER-PROFITABLE INVESTMENT. One large serving of cotton candy is made from a TABLESPOON (7 g) of granulated sugar and a pinch of food coloring, which adds color and flavor. And a stick, which holds the entire fragile contraption together. One kilogram of granulated sugar costs an average of $0.70, and a serving sells in busy areas for $0.70-$0.90. Assuming an average of 200 people a day want to indulge in cotton candy, your MONTHLY income would be approximately $4,800.
Now about the monthly expenses:
- RENT (200 USD);
- SUGAR (30 USD);
- STICKS (60 USD);
- ELECTRICITY (15 USD);
- FLOSSINE (62 USD).
Total: 367 USD.
After all calculations, the net profit will be USD 4,443 per month.
