Description. Bartscher A120880 Universal Convection Oven
The Bartscher A120.880 universal convection oven is suitable for baking puff pastries, frozen foods, and pastries where excellent results are required. The interior and exterior of the oven are made of stainless steel.
Convection ovens are professional cooking equipment for preparing dishes of varying complexity, from meat and fish to crispy baked goods. These ovens are compact and easy to maintain. They offer healthy cooking, reliable operation, and energy and time savings. Free circulation of hot air ensures even cooking on all sides.
