The company's specialists achieved significant cost reductions through a significant simplification of the design, the use of a high-speed turbine as a steam source, which disperses water into steam even at low temperatures, and a number of other technical improvements. The furnace can operate at temperatures between 0 and 300ºС.

The budget-friendly XF (LineMiss) series of convection ovens have the following features:
• the ovens allow operation in two modes:
- convection;
- convection with the addition of steam.
• the “cool touch” system operates inside the oven’s working chamber (using natural air convection inside the door’s glass unit to prevent overheating);
• models XF035 and XF135 are equipped with a pump;
• button for supplying water to the chamber;
• connection to a water supply is provided (in models with steam humidification, except for models XF035 and XF135);
• internal lighting of the baking chamber;
• cooling system for external surfaces of furnaces;
• external panels and the rear wall of the baking chamber are made of stainless steel;
• the internal panels of the baking chamber are made of stainless steel.
• DRY.Mix – a system for removing moisture from the chamber;
• STEAM.Maxi - steam generation system;
• the oven door can be easily reinstalled on the user-friendly side
• models equipped with the Dynamic control panel can store up to 70 cooking programs in memory.
