    Rauder LKP-4 Convection Oven   With a humidifier and a grill on 4 levels, 440 x 320 mm, and a capacity of up to 10 kg per hour, this oven is an excellent choice for baking puff pastries, frozen foods, and confectionery products where excellent results are required.

    Convection ovens are units with a motorized fan mounted in the rear wall, creating a constant flow of hot air. Heating elements (heating elements), typically located around the fan, are used to heat the air. The combination of heating and forced air circulation allows for uniform heating throughout the oven and significantly reduces the cooking time. These models are widely used in the fast food market due to their reliability and operational safety. A powerful, well-balanced fan ensures rapid and even heat distribution throughout the entire muffle, allowing for flawless cooking. Internal and external construction made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel.

    The furnace can operate at temperatures between +50 and +300ºС.
