Description. Piron PF1004 Convection Oven
The Marco Polo series modular ovens, available in sizes from 4 to 20 trays, feature direct drives and simple lines. They are easy to clean, and an automatic cleaning option is also available. These ovens, with their well-thought-out design and appearance, are true jewels to be installed in an open kitchen. Equipped with universal guides that fit baking sheets and gastronorm containers. Equipped with a digital timer and memory for 99 programs. Percentage adjustment of steam supply. The interior of the oven is illuminated by halogen lamps. To control the product temperature, the oven includes a temperature probe. TECHNOLOGIES: Optimal Climatic . A technology based on managing the microclimate inside the oven, Optimal Climatic is a system that removes excess steam by controlling humidity levels during cooking. Acclerate Cooking . A technology based on the introduction of water during cooking. The presence of moisture reduces cooking time by protecting the surface of the food from potential damage caused by prolonged cooking.
