Description. Unox XFT183 Combi Oven
Unox XFT183 electric convection oven. The Stefania LINEMISS™ convection oven is used for baking bread and pastry products from any type of dough, frying and baking various dishes, and quickly reheating frozen, semi-finished, and vacuum-packed foods in cafes, bakeries, pastry shops, and other catering establishments. Innovative technologies create an ideal microclimate inside the baking chamber, ensuring the dough acquires the correct internal structure, bakes evenly, and develops a golden brown crust. Mechanical control panel Manual with manual adjustment of cooking time, temperature and degree of humidification. Country of origin: ITALY. Mechanical control. 3 levels.
