Description. Convection oven GEMLUX GL-OR-1536
The Gemlux GL-OR-1536 electric convection oven, with a 36-liter cooking chamber, is compact and lightweight, making it ideal for both small city kitchens and country homes. Its electronic controls make it a true culinary expert. The upper and lower heating elements are adjustable from 30°C to 230°C, and the cooking time is adjustable from 0 to 120 minutes. Choose from 12 preset programs: — TOAST – toasts (default parameters: temperature 180°C, time – 25 minutes), — CAKE – pies (default parameters: 155°C, time – 27 minutes), — EGG TART – egg tarts (default parameters: temperature 200°C, time – 20 minutes), — COOKIES – small-piece baked goods, cookies (default parameters: temperature 175°C, time – 12 minutes), — PIZZA – pizza (default parameters: temperature 230°C, time – 15 minutes), — DEFROST/RISE – defrosting/rising of yeast dough (default parameters: temperature 45°C, time – 50 minutes), — WHOLE CHICKEN – whole chicken (default parameters: temperature 230°C, time – 50 minutes), — CHICKEN WING – chicken wings (default parameters: temperature 210°C, time – 18 minutes), — SHISH KEBAB – shashlik (default parameters: temperature 230°C, time – 15 minutes), — GRILLED FISH – grilled fish (default parameters: temperature 215°C, time – 25 minutes), — POTATO CHIPS – potato chips (default parameters: temperature 200°C, time – 23 minutes), — POPCORN – popcorn (default parameters: temperature 150°C, time – 15 minutes).
