The MEC PE 43 E.1B convection oven without steam humidification for 4 450x340mm baking sheets included in the set is an indispensable oven for baking sheet dough, frozen foods, and confectionery products where excellent results are required. The outer panels and the rear wall of the chamber are made of stainless steel, which ensures long-term use and prevents corrosion. This model is one of the simplest, most reliable and highest quality of the entire range of compact ovens without steam injection. MEC specializes in producing a wide range of affordable convection ovens.
