Description. Frosty DH4B-B Convection Oven
The Frosty DH4B-B 4 -level convection oven, 440 x 320 mm, with a capacity of up to 10 kg per hour, is an indispensable oven for baking puff pastries, frozen foods, and confectionery products where excellent results are required. Convection ovens are units with a motorized fan mounted in the rear wall, creating a constant flow of hot air.
