    Description. Unox XFT 133 Arianna Line Miss Touch Convection Oven (with steam)

    Convection oven Unox XFT 133 The LineMiss, with manual steam humidification and mechanical control for four included 460x330 mm baking trays and a capacity of up to 10 kg per hour, is an indispensable oven for baking not only confectionery products where excellent results are required, but also for preparing gourmet dishes.

    A unique feature of the Unox XFT 133 convection oven is its ability to generate steam independently of a water supply. Simply place a bottle of water nearby, and the oven will automatically draw water from any container to create steam. This is particularly convenient for small kiosks and mobile food trailers where a water supply is unavailable but steam is required for the cooking process. Unox specializes in producing a wide range of affordable convection ovens. The company's specialists achieved significant cost reductions through a significant simplification of the design, the use of a high-speed turbine as a steam source, which disperses water into steam even at low temperatures, and a number of other technical improvements.

    The furnace can operate at temperatures between 0 and 300ºС. The oven can be used for: - baking all types of bread and dough, fresh and frozen - preparation of gastronomic preserves, fresh and frozen - restoration of chilled and frozen food products - cooking meat, fish, all types of vegetables.

    The AIR.PLUS system, specially developed by UNOX , ensures perfect air and temperature distribution within the oven chamber. This results in even baking results across the oven, even on any baking tray.
    - STEAM.PLUS steam generation system. By introducing moisture into the oven chamber at the start of the process, the resulting product has a crisp outer crust and a well-balanced internal structure.
    - In LineMiss ovens equipped with the Dynamic and Matic panels, the humidity supply to the cooking chamber can be set using the baking program.
    -In a LineMiss oven with a Manual Humidity control panel, humidity is supplied to the cooking chamber by pressing a button on the control panel.
    -DRY.PLUS system for removing moisture from the chamber.
    TouchControl - The LineMiss oven line is equipped with four control panel options: Dynamic , Matic , Classic , and Manual Humidity . Each model is equipped with a unique control panel for quick and convenient operation. The TouchControl panel on the Dynamic , Matic , and Classic ovens allows the operator to easily access six of the most frequently used, previously saved programs.
    -One control panel allows you to control different devices and accessories connected together.
