The MEC PE 46 DUR.1B convection oven with manual or automatic humidity control for 4 600x400mm baking sheets, which are included in the set, is an indispensable oven for baking sheet dough, frozen foods, and confectionery products where excellent results are required. The outer panels and the rear wall of the chamber are made of stainless steel, which ensures long-term use and prevents corrosion.
