    The Unox XEVC2011EPR combi oven is a model from the CHEFTOP MIND.MAPS™ series, GN 1/1 PLUS line.

    The oven is designed for baking confectionery and bakery products, including those from frozen semi-finished products. Holds 20 GN 1/1 baking trays. The chamber is made of high-strength AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners to ensure maximum hygiene. Baking chamber lighting with external LED lamp. Steam-proof control panel MASTER.Touch. The unit of temperature measurement is set by the operator in °C or °F. Durable door handle - inner pin made of carbon fiber. The stove is equipped with a large capacity liquid collection tank connected to the drain. The design uses innovative materials, thanks to which the stove has a low weight. The door is equipped with a contact sensor. A self-diagnostic system is provided for troubleshooting. Internal opening glass for easy cleaning.
