The Gemlux GL-OR-2045
LUX electric convection oven is released under the new Suhini GL-OR-2045LUX brand. In the future, the brand TM Suhini will be represented in Ukraine.
The Gemlux GL-OR-2045LUX electric convection oven, with a 45-liter cooking chamber, can be successfully used as a full-fledged replacement for an electric oven in both the kitchen of a city apartment and a country house.
The appliance features a durable and hygienic stainless steel body and unique electronic controls. The operating mode, temperature of the upper and lower heating elements, and cooking time are set by turning four uniquely asymmetrical knobs located on the control panel to the right of the door. The set values are displayed on four LCD displays, which the manufacturer has also placed on the same knobs. This creates a very striking and unique appearance.
You can choose one of 9 operating modes:
— upper and lower heating (the temperature of the upper and lower heating elements is regulated within the range of 30-230°C, the default is 180°C),
— upper heating (the temperature of the upper heating element is adjustable within the range of 30-180°C, default – 150°C),
— lower heating (the temperature of the lower heating element is adjustable within the range of 30-200°C, default – 180°C),
— fermentation (the temperature of the lower heating element is regulated within the range of 30-45°C, the default is 35°C),
— defrosting (the temperature of the lower heating element is regulated within the range of 42-45°C, default – 42°C),
— user program (the oven remembers the settings specified by the user, the upper and lower heating are regulated within the range of 30-230°C),
— roasting chicken (the temperature of the upper and lower heating elements is regulated within the range of 150-230°C, the default temperature of the upper heating element is 230°C, the lower one is 200°C),
— cooking pizza (the temperature of the upper and lower heating elements is regulated within the range of 150-230°C, the default temperature of the upper heating element is 210°C, the lower one is 200°C),
— making toast (the temperature of the upper and lower heating elements is regulated within the range of 150-230°C, by default the temperature of the upper heating element is 200°C, the lower one is 230°C).
The oven chamber is spacious enough to accommodate a whole rotisserie chicken, meat and vegetables in a baking dish, bread, a 30cm pizza, and much more. Convection significantly speeds up frying and baking and ensures a more even cooking process, while a pull-out crumb tray makes cleanup easy.
