    The oven ZhSh-1 is designed for baking bakery and confectionery products, preparing dishes from meat, fish, vegetables and other products.

    These ovens are successfully used by some of Ukraine's most renowned supermarket chains. All products feature stylish design, practicality, and reliability. The main operating elements are made of stainless steel. They are designed to withstand the harshest operating conditions. The oven's heating element temperature is controlled by a step-by-step regulator. The oven design ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire working chamber. A heat-distributing deck on the lower level of the oven ensures uniform temperature distribution. Indicator lights provide visual control of operation. The set temperature is maintained automatically. Stepped switches provide separate control of the upper and lower heating elements.

    The roasting cabinet can be equipped with a fan to provide forced convection mode.

    Модель ЖШ-1 отличается от пекарского шкафа в первую очередь размерами самой камеры - она меньше по ширине и глубине, но больше по высоте, а также наличием протвине - здесь их 2шт в комплекте, есть 3 направляющих. Жарочный шкаф более универсален и предназначен для мясных изделий, хотя может использоваться и для выпечки. Пекарский шкаф имеет большую камеру но не высокую, в нем есть пароувлажнение и предназначен в основном для выпечки хлебобулочных изделий.
