Description. Single-section oven ZhSh-1M (DE-1M)
The oven is designed for baking bakery and confectionery products, preparing dishes from meat, fish, vegetables and other products. The single-section oven ZhSh-1M is identical in design to the oven DE-1 (ZhSh-1), with the only difference being that this model is manufactured with a smaller oven. Consequently, its dimensions are also smaller. The oven is similar in size and functionality to the PED-4 stove oven, which, over 15 years of production, has found widespread use in catering facilities at kindergartens, schools, cafes, and restaurants. These ovens are successfully used by the most famous supermarket chains in Ukraine. All products feature stylish design, practicality, and reliability, and are designed to withstand the harshest operating conditions. The main operating elements of the ovens are made of stainless steel. The oven design ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire cooking chamber thanks to a heat-distributing deck on the lower level of the oven. Stepped switches provide separate control of the upper and lower heating elements of the oven. The set temperature is maintained automatically. The oven is extremely well insulated, ensuring maximum heat retention, minimal energy consumption, and low operating costs. Indicator lights provide visual control of operation. The oven's heating elements are made of stainless steel, which significantly extends their service life. The roasting cabinet can be equipped with a fan to provide forced convection mode. The modular design of the cabinet allows sections to be stacked one on top of the other, creating from 1 to 3 sections. The ability to divide the cabinet into modules, if necessary, is very convenient during transportation and operation, since the weight of one section is from 60 kg.
