Здравствуйте. К сожалению по указанному Вами емейлу не можем найти Ваш заказ. Уточните пож-та номер заказа, будем разбираться в ситуации. Если покупали у нас и это заводской брак а не работа вхолостую без воды, будем настаивать чтобы импортер поменял ТЭН. Часто товар покупают у сторонних фирм а к нам обращаются на сервис.
