All grills from the One-Touch series onward are equipped with this system. It consists of a special three-blade rotary damper that opens or closes the vents on the bottom of the boiler. This mechanism allows for easy cleaning of the boiler from ash and control of the internal temperature of the grill during cooking.

Gourmet BBQ System

All grills, starting with the Master-Touch GBS series, are equipped with this system. This system consists of a grate consisting of two parts—an outer grate and a central grate. Removing the central grate allows for the installation of a wide range of Weber-designed accessories to suit any culinary need. The range of accessories includes a cast-iron grate for cooking delicious steaks and a wok for Chinese cuisine. A pizza stone will help you achieve a particularly crispy crust, a frying pan is perfect for delicious tortillas or shrimp, and a special Korean barbecue attachment is designed specifically for this exotic grilling method. Using the appropriate attachments, you can also make delicious donuts or roast a whole chicken. Along with the Gourmet BBQ system's inserts, a removable rotating spit and a shashlik grill set further enhance your grilling options.

Tuck-Away Lid Holder
This convenient lid holder is included with all charcoal grills in the Performer GBS series, the top model in the Weber lineup. It allows you to easily secure the lid in the open position.
