Description. Ice maker Scotsman BARLINE BF 80 AS granule
Granular (flake) ice. Ice generators are made of stainless steel. They operate on environmentally friendly refrigerant R 134a. The ice level in them is maintained automatically; air cooling is used. Granulated ice is naturally formed ice flakes. It is used to display cold dishes and appetizers at salad bars, fresh fish and seafood in supermarket displays, and in the production of minced meat and some types of dough. Granulated ice makers produce ice using a vertical cylindrical evaporator. The BAR LINE offers two models of granulated ice makers with a built-in ice storage bin and a daily capacity of 70 kg, with water and air cooling. ...
