B-series models are ideal for built-in installation under a bar counter thanks to full front access. Ice maker designers developed a special technology (the Brema "sprayers" system) that controls the nozzles using a thermostat and timer. This system also makes it possible to easily replace injectors if necessary, which helps avoid the usual problems associated with the formation of limescale deposits on them during operation. The bodies and internal parts of all devices, with the exception of Scotsman models, are made of stainless steel. Successful operation of ice generators doesn't require any special technical skills. The main thing is proper and professional installation. Installation involves a single-phase AC power connection, a connection to the water supply (with water pressure from 0.1 to 0.6 MPa), and a sewer line. It is recommended to operate the units within an ambient temperature range of +10 to +35°C and a supply water temperature of +3 to +25°C. When using air-cooled machines, it is necessary to provide for an "air jacket" (approximately 70 mm in volume of the machine) for their installation to allow free air flow to the ice generator fan.
