Description. Berg HZB-35S ice maker with water and sewer connection
The Berg HZB-35S ice maker is designed to produce ice cubes, which are used to chill and garnish many popular cocktails and drinks. Thanks to its large surface area, the cubes melt quickly, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing drink. The device is connected to the sewer and water supply. When ice is formed, pressurized water is supplied to the evaporator and freezes onto the edges. When the ice cubes are ready, hot steam is released, and the ice pieces are released from the molds. The unit's housing is made of stainless steel with plastic elements. Front-mounted air cooling with perforated air intake at the bottom allows for bar-mounting. The Berg HZB-35S ice maker is ideal for a mid-size bar, restaurant, or other establishment that wants to offer customers cool cocktails. When the bin is full, ice production stops and resumes immediately after removing even a small amount of ice.
