Description. Brema CB416AHC Cube Ice Maker
Brema СВ416АHC Cube Ice Maker.
The SV series models are ideal for installation under a bar counter thanks to their full front accessibility. However, when purchasing an ice maker, remember that the worktop height is typically 850-900 mm, meaning that a unit installed under a bar counter should not exceed this height. Otherwise, you should either order a higher countertop or choose a model with a lower capacity.
The operating principle of Brema ice makers is quite simple. Clean drinking water enters the storage tank and, using a built-in pump, is sprayed through a series of nozzles onto the evaporator, where ice accumulates. When the ice fills the entire volume of the cooled form, defrosting occurs under the action of hot refrigerant vapor. The prepared ice cubes fall into the storage bin. The bin of the ice maker is always guaranteed to contain the correct amount of cubed ice for the given model. It is worth taking just a few scoops from the hopper, and the system switches to the "freezing" mode. Ice maker designers have developed a special technology (the Brema "sprayers" system) to monitor the nozzles' operation using a thermostat and timer.
This system also allows for easy nozzle replacement when necessary, eliminating common problems associated with limescale deposits on them during operation.
It should be noted that, although the nozzle monitoring system in Brema ice makers is more expensive than similar systems in other manufacturers' units, it ensures good ice cube reproducibility (in terms of shape, density, and geometric parameters) and also ensures a long service life for this equipment.
It should be noted that most air-cooled Brema units require virtually no condenser cleaning, as they are equipped with special filters that prevent contamination.
The housings and internal components of all units, with the exception of models The CB184W and CB184A are made of stainless steel. These units—the smallest in size and performance in the Brema line—are...

These units—the smallest in size and performance in the Brema line—are constructed entirely of plastic, including the storage bin.
Successful operation of these ice makers does not require any special technical skills. The main requirement is proper and professional installation. Installation involves a single-phase AC power connection, a connection to the water supply (with water pressure from 0.1 to 0.6 MPa), and a sewer line. It is recommended to operate the units in an ambient temperature range of +10 to +35°C and a supply water temperature of +3 to +25°C.
For air-cooled units, an air jacket (approximately 70 mm in the unit's volume) must be provided for their installation to ensure free airflow to the ice maker's fan.
