Description. Brema CB1265A Cube Ice Maker
Ice cube maker Brema CB 1265A. Air cooling. Ice - hollow thimble, ice cube weight 18/33/13/42/60. The Brema CB 1265A ice maker from Italy is designed for ice production in bar, restaurant, hotel, or nightclub kitchens and can produce over 125 kg of cubed ice per day. The machine is made of stainless steel and uses an environmentally friendly refrigeration unit (refrigerant R 404a). The Brema SV 1265A ice maker features an automatic ice level maintenance system: when the bin is full, the system stops producing ice and replenishes it as needed. The ice is stored in the bin, which has a capacity of 65 kg for this model. The sprayer system monitors the condition of the nozzles (through which water is sprayed onto the evaporator by a pump) and allows for timely replacement of the nozzles if limescale builds up on them during operation. The unit is air-cooled. Installation requires a cold water inlet (1/2 or 3/4" valve) and a water outlet (24 mm outlet). SV series models are ideal for built-in installation under a bar counter thanks to their full front accessibility. However, when purchasing an ice maker, remember that the countertop height is typically 850-900 mm, meaning the unit installed under the bar counter should not exceed this height. Otherwise, you'll need to either order a higher countertop or choose a model with lower capacity. Brema ice makers operate on a simple principle. The Brema CB 1265A ice maker from Italy is designed for ice production in bar, restaurant, hotel, or nightclub kitchens and can produce over 125 kg of cubed ice per day. The machine is made of stainless steel and uses an environmentally friendly refrigeration unit (refrigerant R 404a).
The Brema SV 1265A ice maker features an automatic ice level maintenance system: when the bin is full, the system stops producing ice and replenishes it as needed. The ice is stored in the bin, which has a capacity of 65 kg for this model.
The sprayer system monitors the condition of the nozzles (through which water is sprayed onto the evaporator by a pump) and allows for timely replacement of the nozzles if limescale builds up on them during operation. The unit is air-cooled. Installation requires a cold water inlet (1/2 or 3/4" valve) and a water outlet (24 mm outlet).
SV series models are ideal for built-in installation under a bar counter thanks to their full front accessibility. However, when purchasing an ice maker, remember that the countertop height is typically 850-900 mm, meaning the unit installed under the bar counter should not exceed this height. Brema ice makers operate on a simple principle. Ice maker designers developed a special technology (the Brema "sprayer" system) that controls the nozzles using a thermostat and timer.
This system also makes it possible to easily replace injectors if necessary, which helps avoid the usual problems associated with the formation of limescale deposits on them during operation.
It should be noted that, although the nozzle monitoring system in Brema ice generators is more expensive than similar systems in devices from other manufacturers, it ensures good reproducibility of ice cubes (in terms of shape, density and geometric parameters) and also ensures a long service life of this equipment.
It's worth noting that most Brema air-cooled units require virtually no condenser cleaning, as they are equipped with special filters that prevent contamination.
The housings and internal components of all units, with the exception of the CB184W and CB184A, are made of stainless steel. These units—the smallest in terms of size and performance in the Brema line—are constructed entirely of plastic, including the storage bin.
Successful operation of ice generators doesn't require any special technical skills. The main thing is proper and professional installation. Installation involves a single-phase AC power connection, a connection to the water supply (with water pressure from 0.1 to 0.6 MPa), and a sewer line. It is recommended to operate the units within an ambient temperature range of +10 to +35°C and a supply water temperature of +3 to +25°C.
When using air-cooled machines, it is necessary to provide for an "air jacket" (approximately 70 mm in volume of the machine) for their installation to allow free air flow to the ice generator fan.
