Description. Berg HZB-45S cube ice maker with water and sewer connection
The Berg HZB-45S ice maker is designed to produce cubed ice, ideal for chilling and garnishing many popular cocktails and other drinks. Thanks to its large surface area, the cubed ice melts quickly, allowing you to enjoy refreshing drinks. The device is connected to the sewer and water supply. When ice is formed, pressurized water is supplied to the evaporator, freezing it onto the edges. When the cubes are ready, hot steam is released, and the ice pieces are released from the molds. Automatic water intake eliminates the worry of running out of water in the ice maker. The unit's housing is made of stainless steel with plastic elements, which is moisture-resistant and prolongs the life of the unit. Front-cooling with perforated air intake at the bottom of the ice maker allows for integration into a bar counter. The Berg HZB-45S ice maker is ideal for restaurants, bars, hotels, stores, cafes, supermarkets, or any other establishment that wants to offer customers refreshing cocktails and drinks. When the bin is full, ice production automatically stops and resumes after removing even a small amount of ice.
