Ice makers ICEMAKE ND 40 AS are made of stainless steel. They operate on environmentally friendly refrigerant R 134a. The ice level in them is maintained automatically; air cooling is used. Ice cube makers are equipped with a built-in ice storage unit. Air cooling. Cube ice. Built-in 15kg storage. ICEMAKE Bistrot cube ice makers are a single-piece, factory-assembled unit. All components are mounted within a stainless steel housing. Ice makers use a water pump to maintain a constant circulation of water used to generate ice. Water is forced under pressure into the nozzles of the spray system, from where it flows into inverted cup-shaped molds located on the evaporator. A small amount of the sprayed water turns into ice; the rest flows by gravity into a collection unit located at the bottom of the machine for subsequent recirculation. The ice maker's bin is always guaranteed to contain the correct amount of cubed ice for the given model. Simply remove a few scoops from the bin, and the system switches to "freezing" mode. This system also makes it possible to easily replace injectors if necessary, which helps avoid the usual problems associated with the formation of limescale deposits on them during operation. Successful operation of ice generators doesn't require any special technical skills. The main thing is proper and professional installation. Installation involves a single-phase AC power connection, a connection to the water supply (with water pressure from 0.1 to 0.6 MPa), and a sewer line. It is recommended to operate the units within an ambient temperature range of +10 to +35°C and a supply water temperature of +3 to +25°C. When using air-cooled machines, it is necessary to provide for an "air jacket" (approximately 70 mm in volume of the machine) for their installation to allow free air flow to the ice generator fan.
