Description. Brema C 300A Cube Ice Maker (without bin)
Automatic ice cube maker Brema. The mass of an ice cube is 18g. Modular model without a built-in storage bin. These ice makers can be stacked one on top of the other, or paired with a model from the same series. Compatible with BIN 350 hopper. To install the Brema "C Series" C 300 ice maker, you need a cold water supply (1/2" or 3/4" valve) and a water outlet (Ø 24 mm drain). The device operates on the principle of water spraying: cold water is supplied from the bottom up under pressure through nozzles to cooled forms in the shape of a truncated cone. The growing ice fills the volume of the cooled form and is then blasted with hot refrigerant vapor, and the finished pieces of ice fall into the storage bin (purchased separately). The spray system is controlled by a thermostat that records two temperature values, and a timer that automatically regulates the production cycle depending on the minus or plus temperature used. The body of the product is made of stainless steel. Rigid polyurethane foam, which has a low thermal conductivity coefficient, is used as a heat-insulating layer. The ice level in the C 300 ice maker is maintained automatically. When the autonomous ice storage bin is full, the unit stops producing ice and quickly replaces the original quantity as it is consumed....
