Description. Ice Maker Apach AG600
The Apach AG600 ice maker is a high-performance Italian modular ice maker. It lacks a built-in insulated ice bin; the unit is installed on a separate container, which must be purchased separately. The finely crushed ice it produces is used in the pharmaceutical and food industries (for making minced meat and dough), and for displaying products on open display cases. Features of the model: - flowing water supply, connection to the condensate removal system, water temperature at the inlet +5…+35 °C, - electromechanical control – start button on the front panel of the housing, - ice production cycle is fully automatic, finished product temperature is -0.5°C, - operation in standard mode at elevated ambient temperatures – tropical class model, - a sensor for monitoring the filling of the hopper located on the product dispensing tube, - front air circulation system, ventilation grille on the side and front panels of the case, - generator cooling using forced convection....
