The Sirman MIRRA 220 C CE Prof. semi-automatic slicer with manual feed is designed for slicing deli meats (sausages, rolls, ham, smoked fish, bread, cheese, etc.). This slicer is primarily used in supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and delicatessens. The Teflon-coated steel blade ensures excellent slicing of products that tend to stick to the blade. The slicer delivers precise slicing of a specified thickness, ranging from 0-13 mm, with minimal product loss. The slicer is semi-automatic, meaning it can be fed manually. The disc blade is equipped with a special guard, ensuring safe operation. The slicer is equipped with a sharpening device, ensuring the blade's cutting edge remains sharp.
